The premier event of PRIDEFEST, Pride in the Plaza, brings upwards of 4,000 people to downtown Tallahassee for a day filled with fun, live entertainment, and a celebration of our community. Local and regional vendors are a key component of the Pride in the Plaza event, providing goods, services, and food and beverage items during the festival.

Commercial, Retail, and Food Vendors

  • Vendor Fee (includes 10′ x 10′ space): $100
  • 10′ x 10′ Tent: $25
  • One (1) 8ft Table and two (2) Chairs: $25
  • Electricity: $50

Vehicle Food Vendors (Food Trucks)

  • Vendor Fee (includes street parking & electricity – limited availability): $125

Registered Non-Profit Vendor

  • Vendor Fee includes one (1) 8ft Table and two (2) Chairs in shared covered space: $50
    (Subject to availability and approval. Non-profit vendors are not permitted to sell ANY item without written approval from Tallahassee PRIDEFEST. Proof of non-profit status required.)

Dates & Deadlines

April 8, 2020:
Registration Deadline for Community Partners and all Vendors (including Non-Profit Vendors)

Registrations after this point will be handled on a case-by-case basis, as we cannot guarantee that we will have space for you, or that you will receive all of the benefits that accompany your registration. Special requests regarding vendor placement or other accommodations will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis.
