Events for PRIDEFEST 2012 will be announced soon! Stay tuned!
Continuing a multi-year tradition, Tallahassee PRIDEFEST 2011 brings a host of opportunities to help you educate, liberate, and celebrate out and about in Tallahassee. From literary events to performances, art shows to alternative proms, opportunities to serve the community, and the premiere event, Pride in the Plaza, there is truly something for everyone.
In an effort to give back to the community, Tallahassee PRIDEFEST 2011 is sponsoring a food drive! We will be collecting donations of non-perishable goods and food items at all of this year's events. Donations received will be contributed to a local charity. Help us help needy families and individuals in the Big Bend Region!
* Event details, locations and times are subject to change. Be sure to check back on our website often for the latest details! If a person with a disability requires an accommodation to participate or if special seating arrangements are needed, requests should be made to the event coordinator seventy-two (72) hours prior to the event.

LGBT individuals in Tallahassee are fortunate to have a growing number of places in which to find an open and affirming spiritual home. For the third consecutive year, local churches and other faith organizations will hold an Interfaith service for Tallahassee PRIDEFEST. This year’s offering will draw the community together to “Educate. Liberate. Celebrate.” We will explore how having open faith communities is important to the movement; draw together in our common search for social justice; and celebrate the strength in our diversity. Participating churches and organizations include Gentle Shepherd Metropolitan Community Church, Red Hills Pagan Council, St. Johns Episcopal Church, St. Stephen Lutheran Church, Temple Israel, Unitarian Universalist Church of Tallahassee, United Church in Tallahassee, and Unity Eastside Church.
